Ingredients
- udon400 g
- chicken or tofu350 g
- cabbage250 g
- carrot1 pcs
- soy sauce3 tbsp
- oyster sauce2 tbsp
- sesame seeds1 tbsp
- mirin2 tbsp
Instructions

Warm or briefly boil the udon noodles, then rinse if they stick together.

Slice chicken, pork, or tofu thinly and cut cabbage, carrot, and onion into strips.

Stir-fry the protein in a hot pan until cooked.

Add cabbage, carrot, and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add udon and a sauce made from soy sauce, mirin, and oyster or tonkatsu sauce.

Toss until hot and serve with spring onion and sesame seeds.
