  • beef600 g
  • dark beer300 ml
  • onion1 pcs
  • carrot1 pcs
  • celery2 stalks
  • potato700 g
  • beef broth800 ml
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Beef and Guinness Stew, cut onion, carrot, celery stalks, beef and beef broth into serving pieces.

Brown beef and beef broth lightly.

Add onion, carrot and celery stalks and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add dark beer.
