Turkey Chili
Lighter home-style chili with turkey, beans, tomatoes, and spices.
Ingredients
- Ground turkey600 g
- Canned beans500 g
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Garlic cloves3 cloves
- Bell pepper1 pcs
- Chili powder2 tsp
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Broth250 ml
Instructions
Dice the onion and pepper and mince the garlic.
Brown the ground turkey in a pot until it changes color.
Add the onion, pepper, and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add tomatoes, beans, and broth and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 25–30 minutes until thick, then serve with yogurt, cheese, or herbs.
