Ingredients

  • lamb600 g
  • potato700 g
  • carrot1 pcs
  • onion1 pcs
  • parsley20 g
  • thyme2 sprigs
  • bay leaf2 pcs
  • salt1 to taste
  • broth or water400 ml

Instructions

Cut lamb into large pieces, season, and brown.

Add onion, carrot, and celery root or parsnip.

Pour in broth and add thyme and bay leaf.

Simmer over low heat until the lamb is tender.
