Ingredients

  • white fish500 g
  • potato700 g
  • egg2 pcs
  • breadcrumbs80 g
  • lemon1 pcs
  • parsley20 g
  • oil2 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Boil the potatoes and mash them.

Poach or simmer the white fish for 5-7 minutes, then flake it.
