- duck fat300 g
- garlic4 cloves
- thyme3 sprigs

Instructions

Rub duck legs with salt, garlic, and thyme and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Rinse off excess salt and dry the duck.

Cook the legs in duck fat over very low heat or in the oven until tender.

Slice the potatoes and fry them in some duck fat.

Brown the duck in the oven or a pan before serving.
