- Soy sauce4 tbsp
- Ginger20 g
- Garlic cloves3 cloves
- Starch120 g
- Oil600 ml
Instructions
Pat the main ingredients dry, cut them into portions, and season with salt and spices.
Prepare the breading, batter, or dry coating if the recipe calls for it.
Heat the oil in a skillet or fryer until the temperature is steady.
Fry in batches without crowding the pan until golden on all sides.
Transfer to paper towels or a rack to remove excess oil.
