  • potato900 g
  • beef600 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • carrot1 pcs
  • tomato paste2 tbsp
  • paprika2 tsp
  • milk150 ml
  • butter50 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • broth500 ml

Instructions

Cut the beef into cubes and brown it well.

Add onion, carrot, paprika, and tomato paste.

Pour in water or broth, cover, and simmer for 60 minutes until tender.

Boil the potatoes in salted water.
