Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas
Quick Mexican tortillas filled with chicken, cheese, and vegetables, toasted until crisp.
Ingredients
- Flour tortillas6 pcs
- Cooked chicken breast300 g
- Grated cheese200 g
- Bell pepper1 pcs
- Onion0.5 pcs
- Corn100 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Salsa100 g
Instructions
Slice or shred the cooked chicken.
Thinly slice the pepper and onion and sauté them quickly for 3–4 minutes.
Place cheese, chicken, vegetables, and corn on one half of each tortilla.
Fold over the other half and press gently.
Cook in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until the cheese melts and the tortilla is crisp.
Cut into triangles and serve with sour cream and salsa.
