- beef on the bone1200 g
- potato600 g
- tomato500 g
- bell pepper3 pcs
- onion3 pcs
- garlic5 cloves
- parsley30 g
- basil20 g
- salt1.5 tsp
Instructions

Cut the meat into large pieces and the vegetables into big chunks.

Layer onion, meat, peppers, tomatoes, and potatoes in a heavy pot.

Add garlic, salt, and herbs.

Pour in 200–300 ml water, cover, and place over low heat.

Stew for 2–2.5 hours, stirring rarely, until the meat is very tender.

Serve the khashlama with its broth, vegetables, and plenty of herbs.
