Ingredients

  • beef mince500 g
  • burger buns3 pcs
  • cheese (cheddar or gouda)3 slices
  • tomato1 pcs
  • iceberg lettuce60 g
  • onion0.5 pcs
  • mayonnaise30 g
  • ketchup30 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • butter30 g
  • worcestershire sauce1 tsp
  • mustard1 tsp
  • pickled cucumbers40 g

Instructions

Mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and a little Worcestershire sauce, then shape 2 cm thick patties without overworking the meat.

Cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side; add cheese on the second side.

Toast the cut sides of the buns in butter.

Make the sauce from mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles.
