Classic Burger
A juicy beef burger on a bun with fresh toppings and sauce.
Ingredients
- beef mince500 g
- burger buns3 pcs
- cheese (cheddar or gouda)3 slices
- tomato1 pcs
- iceberg lettuce60 g
- onion0.5 pcs
- mayonnaise30 g
- ketchup30 g
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- butter30 g
- worcestershire sauce1 tsp
- mustard1 tsp
- pickled cucumbers40 g
Instructions
Mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and a little Worcestershire sauce, then shape 2 cm thick patties without overworking the meat.
Cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side; add cheese on the second side.
Toast the cut sides of the buns in butter.
Make the sauce from mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles.
Assemble each burger with bottom bun, sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, patty with cheese, and top bun.
Serve with French fries.
