Mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and a little Worcestershire sauce, then shape 2 cm thick patties without overworking the meat.

Cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side; add cheese on the second side.

Make the sauce from mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles.
