Instructions
Cut Яловичий фарш, Картопля варена, Яйце, Куркума into serving pieces and prepare the marinade from the spices, acid, and oil in the recipe.
Coat well with the marinade and rest for at least 30 minutes, longer for meat.
Preheat a grill, skillet, or oven to high heat.
Cook until browned and cooked through, turning so the pieces cook evenly.
