Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients
- Chicken breast600 g
- Peanuts100 g
- Dried chilies4 pcs
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Vinegar2 tbsp
- Starch1 tbsp
Instructions
Cut all ingredients into thin pieces before cooking, because the dish comes together very quickly.
Mix the sauce from soy sauce, spices, starch, sugar, vinegar, or other liquids as needed.
Heat a wok or wide skillet very well, add oil, and quickly sear the protein until browned.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry over high heat for 2–4 minutes, tossing constantly.
Pour in the sauce, return everything to the pan, and cook for another 1–2 minutes until glossy.
Serve immediately with rice, noodles, or herbs while the vegetables are still slightly crisp.
