Ingredients
- wheat flour500 g
- water230 ml
- egg1 pcs
- lamb600 g
- onion4 pcs
- fat-tail fat or butter80 g
- cumin1 tsp
- salt1.5 tsp
Instructions

Make a firm dough from flour, water, egg, and salt; rest for 30 minutes.

Finely chop the lamb and mix with plenty of onion, fat, and spices.

Roll the dough thinly and cut into squares.

Place filling on each square and seal the manti at the top.

Arrange in an oiled steamer with space between them.

Steam for 40–45 minutes and serve with sour cream or tomato sauce.
