Ingredients

  • beef mince700 g
  • breadcrumbs100 g
  • egg2 pcs
  • onion1 pcs
  • milk120 ml
  • ketchup100 g
  • worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
  • mustard1 tsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Finely chop or grate the onion so it blends well into the meat.

Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

Do not overmix, or the meatloaf may become dense.

Shape the mixture into a loaf in a baking pan or on a tray.

Mix the ketchup with mustard and spread it over the top.

Bake at 180°C for 50–55 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
