Ingredients

  • beef500 g
  • pearl barley120 g
  • rice80 g
  • kefir or ayran400 ml
  • potato2 pcs
  • salt1 tsp

Instructions

Prepare the base: cut the Beef, Pearl barley, and the other vegetables from the recipe.
