- beef (thin slices)400 g
- potato700 g
- carrot2 pcs
- onion1 pcs
- soy sauce4 tbsp
- mirin3 tbsp
- sugar1 tsp
- dashi broth or water500 ml

Slice the beef thinly and cut potatoes, carrot, and onion into large pieces.

Briefly fry the meat with onion in a pot.

Add potatoes and carrot and stir.

Pour in dashi or water, soy sauce, mirin, and a little sugar.
