  • beef900 g
  • coconut milk600 ml
  • lemongrass2 stalks
  • ginger30 g
  • chili2 pcs
  • onion2 pcs
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • fresh ginger1 tsp

Instructions

For Beef Rendang, cut onions and beef into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.
