- pork fat300 g

Instructions

For Pork Rillettes, cut garlic, pork shoulder and pork fat into serving pieces.

Brown pork shoulder and pork fat lightly.

Add garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add thyme and bay leaves.
