Caesar Salad
Crisp lettuce with croutons, Parmesan, and a creamy savory dressing.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast250 g
- Romaine lettuce200 g
- White bread100 g
- Parmesan50 g
- Lemon0.5 pcs
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olive oil3 tbsp
Instructions
Rub the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic, then fry in oil for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Cut the bread into cubes and fry or bake until golden to make croutons.
Tear the romaine leaves by hand and place them in a bowl.
Make the dressing by whisking lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper with a fork.
Pour the dressing over the lettuce and add grated Parmesan.
Top with sliced chicken breast and croutons. Serve immediately.
