- devzira rice or basmati600 g
- lamb700 g
- carrot700 g
- onion2 pcs
- whole garlic2 heads
- oil120 ml
- cumin2 tsp
- barberry1 tbsp

Rinse the rice until the water runs clear and soak for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a kazan and brown the meat well.

Add onion, then julienned carrots, and fry until softened.

Add cumin, barberries, salt, garlic, and water; simmer the zirvak for 30 minutes.
