Armenian Manti
Small open dumplings baked and served with garlic yogurt.
Ingredients
- wheat flour400 g
- beef mince450 g
- onion1 pcs
- plain yogurt200 g
- garlic2 cloves
- tomato paste2 tbsp
Instructions
Make a firm dough from flour, water, and salt, then let it rest.
Prepare the filling from Wheat flour, Beef mince, spices, and salt without making it too wet.
Roll the dough thinly and cut it into rounds or sheets of the required shape.
Add the filling and seal the edges tightly so the juices stay inside.
Boil, steam, or bake according to the traditional method for the dish.
Serve Armenian Manti hot with sauce, broth, or herbs.
