Ingredients

  • Wheat noodles350 g
  • Pork or chicken400 g
  • Cabbage300 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Yakisoba sauce120 ml
  • Spring onion30 g

Instructions

Prepare the noodles according to the type: boil, soak, or rinse with cold water as needed.

Separately prepare the sauce, broth, or aromatic base with garlic, ginger, spices, and sauces.

Quickly cook the protein and vegetables or heat the broth until flavorful.

Add the noodles and toss with the sauce, or place them in bowls and pour broth over them.

Warm for 1–2 minutes without overcooking so the noodles stay springy.

Serve with herbs, lime, chili, sesame, egg, or other toppings.
