  • noodles350 g
  • canned tuna300 g
  • mushrooms250 g
  • milk400 ml
  • cheese150 g
  • breadcrumbs80 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • water500 ml

Instructions

Cook noodles in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop mushrooms and warm in a pan.

Add canned tuna and mushrooms and cook to the right tenderness.

Stir in milk, cheese and breadcrumbs and heat into a smooth sauce.
