British tart with jam and almond frangipane filling.

Ingredients

  • Shortcrust pastry400 g
  • Raspberry jam150 g
  • Ground almonds150 g
  • Butter150 g
  • Sugar150 g
  • Eggs3 pcs
  • Flaked almonds30 g

Instructions

Line a tart tin with pastry and blind-bake for 12 minutes.

Spread jam over the base.

Beat butter with sugar, then add eggs and ground almonds.

Spread frangipane over the jam.

Sprinkle with flaked almonds.

Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until golden.
