- Leeks2 pcs

- Swede250 g
- Parsley20 g
- Broth or water400 ml
Instructions

Cover lamb with water or broth and simmer for 45 minutes, skimming foam.

Add carrot, swede, and potatoes cut into large chunks.

Cook for 25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
