Ingredients

  • Bratwurst sausages4 pcs
  • Sauerkraut500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Apple1 pcs
  • Broth150 ml
  • Butter30 g
  • Caraway seeds0.5 tsp
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Mustard1 tsp

Instructions

Slice the onion and fry it in butter.

Add sauerkraut, grated apple, caraway, and broth.

Cover and braise for 25 minutes until tender.

Fry the sausages separately until browned.
