Ingredients

  • Beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Filo or yufka pastry500 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Butter30 g

Instructions

Cook the mince with onion, salt, pepper, and paprika until done, then cool.

Keep phyllo sheets under a towel and brush each with oil or butter.

Place meat filling along the edge of a sheet.

Roll up and arrange in a spiral or rows in a baking dish.

Brush the top with butter or yogurt mixture.
