Bosnian creamy chicken soup with vegetables and okra

Ingredients

  • Chicken700 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Celery stalks2 стебла
  • Cream200 ml
  • Broth or water800 ml
  • Okra150 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cover the chicken with broth or water, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam.

Add carrot, celery, and okra and cook for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is done.

Remove the chicken, cut the meat into pieces, and return it to the soup.

Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the okra is tender.

Pour in the cream, season with salt, and warm without boiling hard.
