Ingredients

  • White fish500 g
  • Shrimp300 g
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Leeks2 pcs
  • Cream200 ml
  • Fish broth700 ml
  • Parsley20 g

Instructions

Dice the potatoes and leek and chop the parsley.

Bring the fish broth to a boil and add the potatoes and leek.

Cook for 12-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Add the white fish pieces and shrimp.

Pour in the cream and cook for 5-7 minutes without boiling hard.
