- Potatoes700 g
- Wheat flour300 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Milk300 ml
- Butter40 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Cream150 ml
- Sour cream100 g
Instructions

Boil and mash part of the potatoes, then grate the rest raw and squeeze well.

Mix the cooked and raw potatoes together.

Add flour, egg, milk, salt, and mix into a thick batter.

Heat a pan with butter.

Fry boxty as thick pancakes for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Serve hot with butter or sour cream.
