Simple thick soup with root vegetables, potatoes, and leeks.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes700 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Leeks2 pcs
  • Celery stalks2 стебла

  • Cream200 ml
  • Parsley20 g

Instructions

Dice the potatoes, carrots, leek, and celery.
