Ingredients
- Pork loin600 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Flour80 g
- Breadcrumbs150 g
- Oil150 ml
- Lemon1 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
Chop the ingredients and prepare pork loin and eggs.
Mix with flour, breadcrumbs and lemon, salt, and pepper.
Knead the mixture and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Shape patties, balls, or small sausages of even size.
Fry in a pan or grill until browned and cooked through.
