Polish Minced Cutlets

Polish-style minced meat patties with onion and a crisp breadcrumb crust.

Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince600 g
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • White bread80 g
  • Milk80 ml
  • Breadcrumbs80 g
  • Oil3 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Pickles40 g

Instructions

Soak the bread in milk for 5 minutes, then squeeze it well.

Mix the mince with egg, finely chopped onion, bread, salt, and pepper.

Shape even oval patties.

Coat them in breadcrumbs.

Fry over medium heat for 5–6 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Serve with mashed potatoes, pickles, or beet salad.
