Chicken Fajitas
A popular mexican home-style dish with chicken breast, tortillas, bell peppers, well suited for a family weekly menu.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast600 g
- Tortillas8 pcs
- Bell peppers3 pcs
- Onions2 pcs
- Lime1 pcs
- Paprika1 tsp
- Cumin1 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Garlic2 cloves
- Oil2 tbsp
- Cream150 ml
- Sour cream100 g
Instructions
Cut the chicken into strips and mix with oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Let the chicken marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Slice the peppers and onion into long strips.
Cook the chicken quickly in a very hot pan until browned and cooked through.
Cook the peppers and onion separately until tender but still shaped.
Serve the chicken and vegetables in warm tortillas with salsa, sour cream, avocado, or lime.
