Ingredients

  • Chickpeas300 g
  • Beef600 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Butter40 g
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Broth or water400 ml

Instructions

Rinse tomato paste, chickpeas and onion; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion and saute until soft.

Add beef, chickpeas, onion and tomato paste and pour in butter and broth or water.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in paprika, butter and broth or water, then season with salt and pepper.
