- Phyllo dough300 g
- Feta200 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Plain yogurt250 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Spinach400 g
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Wilt the spinach, cool it, and squeeze well.

Mix spinach with feta or bryndza, egg, pepper, and herbs.

Brush yufka or phyllo sheets with oil or yogurt mixture.

Add filling and roll up or layer.
