Ingredients

  • Herring300 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Red onion1 pcs
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Dill20 g
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Vinegar1 tbsp
  • Pickles40 g

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, peeling them or leaving the skins on if desired.

Cut the herring into serving pieces.

Slice the onion thinly and briefly pickle it in vinegar if desired.

Mix sour cream with dill, pepper, and a little lemon juice.

Arrange potatoes, herring, and onion on a plate.
