Raclette with Potatoes
Melted raclette cheese with potatoes, pickles, and vegetables
Ingredients
- Raclette cheese400 g
- Potatoes600 g
- Pickles150 g
- Ham or sausages200 g
- Sweet peppers2 pcs
Instructions
Wash the potatoes well and boil them in their skins until tender.
Slice the raclette cheese and prepare the pickles, ham or sausages, and sweet pepper for serving.
If using a raclette grill, melt the cheese in the small pans; otherwise briefly melt it under the broiler in an ovenproof dish.
Cut the hot potatoes in half or lightly crush them.
Pour the melted cheese over the potatoes.
Serve immediately with pickles, ham or sausages, and sweet pepper.
