Buckwheat Galettes
Breton buckwheat crepes with cheese, egg, and ham
Ingredients
- Buckwheat flour250 g
- Water500 ml
- Eggs2 pcs
- Ham150 g
- Hard cheese150 g
- Butter40 g
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Mix the buckwheat flour with water, egg, and a pinch of salt into a thin batter.
Let the batter rest for 20-30 minutes.
Heat a pan, grease with butter, and pour in a thin layer of batter.
Cook the galette for 1-2 minutes, then turn it or leave it open if very thin.
Place ham and cheese in the center and fold the edges inward into a square.
Heat until the cheese melts and serve hot.
