- Feta or white cheese180 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Butter40 g
- Thin pastry or filo400 g

Cook the rice until partly done and cool it.

Mix the rice with eggs, bryndza or cheese, yogurt, and butter.

Brush pastry or phyllo sheets with butter and lay them in a baking dish with edges.

Spread the rice and cheese filling evenly.

Cover with top pastry sheets, seal the edges, and brush with butter.
