- Button mushrooms350 g
- Cream200 ml

- Dry white wine150 ml

- Dry wine150 ml

Slice veal into thin strips and mushrooms into slices.

Quickly sear the veal over high heat and set aside.

In the same pan, cook onion and mushrooms until their liquid evaporates.

Pour in white wine and reduce slightly.

Add cream, return the veal, and warm without prolonged boiling.
