Ingredients

  • Pasta300 g
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Hard cheese180 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Butter40 g
  • Apples3 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cook pasta and potatoes in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop onion and warm in a pan.

Add onion and cook to the right tenderness.

Stir in cream, butter, hard cheese and apples and heat into a smooth sauce.
