  • Chicken broth900 ml
  • Puff pastry300 g

Cut puff pastry into circles and cut rings from some circles for the sides.

Assemble the pastry cases, brush with egg, and bake until risen and golden.

Cook the chicken and cut it into small pieces.

Make a cream sauce from butter, flour, broth, and cream.
