- Stewing beef900 g
- Red wine500 ml
- Mushrooms250 g
- Carrots2 pcs
- Onions2 pcs
- Bacon120 g
- Broth300 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dry wine150 ml
Instructions

For Beef Bourguignon, cut carrots, onions, stewing beef and bacon into serving pieces.

Brown stewing beef and bacon lightly.

Add carrots and onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in red wine and broth and add mushrooms.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
