Yogurt soup with rice, mint, and butter.

Ingredients

  • Plain yogurt250 g
  • Rice250 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Butter40 g
  • Mint15 g
  • Broth or water800 ml

Instructions

Rinse the rice and cook it in broth or water until tender.

Whisk the yogurt with egg until smooth.

Add a few spoonfuls of hot broth to the yogurt mixture while stirring.

Slowly pour the mixture back into the soup and warm without boiling hard.

Melt butter with mint in a pan.
