- Salt cod or cod fillet600 g
- Potatoes600 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Cream200 ml
- Milk300 ml
- Hard cheese100 g
- Butter30 g
- Flour2 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs50 g
- Water500 ml

Soak salted cod ahead of time, changing the water, then boil and flake it.

Cut potatoes into thin slices or sticks and fry until partly cooked.

Fry onion until soft and add the cod.

Make a cream sauce or bechamel from cream, milk, butter, and flour.

Mix cod, potatoes, and sauce and place in a baking dish.
