Char Kway Teow

Ingredients
- Flat rice noodles400 g
- Shrimp300 g
- Chinese sausage120 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Bean sprouts200 g
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Cook flat rice noodles in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: chop aromatics and warm in a pan.
Add shrimp, chinese sausage and eggs and cook to the right tenderness.
Stir in soy sauce and bean sprouts and heat into a smooth sauce.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while hot.
