Ingredients
- Dried peas300 g
- Pork500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Broth or water800 ml
- Mustard1 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Soak the peas overnight and rinse.

Cover the pork, peas, onion, and carrot with broth or water.

Bring to a boil, skim, and simmer for 1.5-2 hours.

When the peas break down, remove the pork, cut it up, and return it to the soup.

Season with salt and pepper and warm for another 5 minutes.
